Rent Parties formed the backbone of many metropolitan area nightlife in the 1920's and 1930's. They became for many working people not only an enjoyable and affordable way to socialize but a way to make ends meet. For the reasonable admission price, guests could eat, drink, dance and flirt.

At the Rent Party, meet people who have a space available and people who are looking for a place to rent. There will be music, dinner, beverages, performances, and great people! Or just come for the warm and inviting waters of the hot tub.

BBQ starts at 6:15 & music at 6:30pm - live music from 6:30pm to after midnight

We are looking for a handful of volunteers (about 5 or 6) if you would like to get in for free
